Preparation
All furniture, items, and floors are covered with clean drop cloths. Walls, trim, and ceilings are inspected for cracks, filled, and sanded.
Painting
This includes meticulous priming, where necessary, before applying two coats of quality paint.
Cleaning and Restoration
Rooms are returned to their prior state. This includes the moving of furniture. Tape is removed. Floors and carpets are swept and vacuumed. All debris is removed.
Inspect
Post-painting inspection of work. Your satisfaction is my highest priority. I will perform a walk through inspection with every customer before the job is considered complete.
